The smallest outdoor kitchen we offer in the single unit with a pizza oven on top, which is 120 cm x 60 cm, so as long as you have this much space and some space to stand in, anything is possible!

The smallest outdoor kitchen we do is a single cabinet with a Delivita Pizza Oven on top which is 120cm x 60cm, Therefore any floor space larger than that.

Our outdoor kitchens are designed to be kept outside all year.  The materials are extremely hard wearing and the kitchens are designed to cope with the British weather – sun and rain! You can read more about the design and the materials at

There is no minimum distance from the house, it can even be against the house wall.  You just need to ensure any BBQ or heat source is in a safe location – for more information, please visit

Grillo kitchens are freestanding, which means they work on any flat level surface, patio or decking.  You may need to ensure that the decking is strong enough to hold the weight of the kitchen.

You do not need to lay foundations, as all our cabinets are free-standing.  For more information on this please visit

The vast majority of our outdoor kitchens are not installed under any roof or cover. Our kitchens are designed to be out in the elements.

All kitchens purchased on have full installation included as standard. This applies to all UK mainland addresses.  Once you’ve placed your order, one of our friendly customer service team will be in touch to arrange your installation date.

As long as we have enough notice, install dates can be rescheduled.

Each of our kitchens are assembled on site.  It is important to have someone onsite to identify where you wish the kitchen to be installed, as it is hard to move once in place.  It will take the team between 2 hours and 4 hours to install depending on the size of the kitchen.

The time it takes to install varies depending on the size of the kitchen, but most of the kitchens on  will be installed in 2 to 4 hours.

Whilst our outdoor kitchens and bars have a full installation service as standard, some of the BBQ’s and smaller products are marked as pallet delivery. When these items are ordered individually, we will most likely use a pallet delivery – this helps us (and you!) to keep the cost down, and rest assured that the assembly of these items is super straightforward.

The good news is that we still have some pre-Christmas install slots available! Once you’ve placed your order, one of our friendly customer service team will be in touch to arrange your installation date.

Grillo outdoor kitchens are built to last and have a 3-year warranty on the kitchen structure and structural materials. Barbeques, appliances and other accessories are covered by manufacturer’s warranties. For more information on warranty, please visit

All our BBQs, pizza ovens and Chef’s Anvils come with covers as standard, and we recommend keeping the covers on when not in use.

Both BBQ’s are ceramic Kamado style cooking devices. Many of our clients prefer the Gusto as it matches nicely with the Grillo outdoor kitchen range.

Grillo kitchens are designed to be very low maintenance. In the main, a wipe down before use is all that’s needed, but please visit our blog post for caring for your outdoor kitchen.

The kitchen is made of a mix of black powder-coated carbon steel with Iroko Hardwood.  The Iroko hardwood is very hard-wearing, low maintenance and very durable, and over time it gently silvers, creating a sun-bleached effect if left uncoated. Once the fire is lit it takes about 25 min for the DeliVita Pizza Oven to be ready to cook pizzas.

It takes approximately 35 mins for the Gusto Charcoal BBQ to be ready to cook, once the coals have been lit.

It takes only 5-10 minutes for the Bull Gas BBQ to be ready to start cooking on.
